Pound Farm Caravan and Fishing Holidays in Devon

Accommodation

At Pound farm we pride ourselves on the warm welcome we offer our visitors. You are welcome to explore the farm and enjoy the many interesting walks and beautiful scenery that a farm in the Devon Countryside can offer.

We also provide you with a fishing pond that is heavily stocked with Carp, Roach, Rudd, Tench and Perch. Many of our Mirror and Common Carp grow to double figures.

There is no closed season. You will be able to fish as many times as you like during your stay at no extra cost. There is an adjacent outbuilding/utility room, which you can use for storage of your fishing gear & bait. There is also a shower and toilet facility, within this area. This is also provided at no extra cost.

The Caravan

The caravan is situated in it’s own grounds and we provide you with decking, outdoor seating and a bar-be-que. There is a clothes-drying area. We can accommodate a maximum of 7 people in our luxury 2 bed-roomed static caravan.

Bedrooms

The caravan has got 1 double bedroom, the second bedroom has 2 single beds with a bunk above.

Both rooms have electric heating.

Dining Room

The dining room seating area can be made into a double bed.

Kitchen

The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, electric 4-ring hob and a full size oven with grill.

Bathroom

The bathroom comprises of flushable toilet and hand-basin. There is a separate shower - room with additional washbasin.

Lounge

The lounge has a television with tele-text and electric fire. Iron, Ironing board, kettle, toaster, all utensils, cutlery and crockery are provided free of charge.

"We have had a lovely time, very relaxing, just what we needed. The fishing was great - plenty of carp, roach, rudd, perch, some tench and an eel ! Some of the carp were double figures and lost more than I caught as they kept snapping me up. Lovely food at the Butterleigh Inn, sunday lunch really nice. Caravan very comfy and dogs friendly. Had a really nice welcome from Anne and Rob and would recomend this holiday to our family and friends."
